New Release of Premium Apartments in Lifestyle Development HavenMulpha Norwest has released a further 16 new apartments in its new residential and retail apartment development, Haven at Norwest, which, when construction is complete, will comprise 79 premium apartments.

The newly released apartments are a mix of one, two and three-bedrooms, some with views of the lake, park and beyond.

Designed by Krikis Taylor Architects, with beautifully appointed interiors by award-winning SJB, the apartments are attracting enquiry from a diverse range of buyers including empty-nesters, downsizers, and families looking to accommodate their adult children in twin key apartments.

Mulpha Norwest General Manager, Tim Spencer, said the choice of large one, two and three bed apartments and living space configurations on offer are proving very attractive to potential purchasers.

“As well, Haven at Norwest will have added features such as a resort style heated swimming pool, community entertainment room, student tutelage and meeting rooms, a bike sharing service for residents managed by the building’s own concierge, and beautifully landscaped walkways throughout,” Tim said.

“Haven at Norwest is fast becoming one of the Hills’ most sought after residences.” With healthy food cafes and retail on the ground floor of Haven, residents don’t have far to go to enjoy a coffee or bite to eat. There is also direct access to a range of popular dining options close by.

Haven will be part of the naturally connected community at Norwest, where residents are able to stroll or bike ride, via a network of walkways, throughout the area to retail, banking and recreational facilities. Norwest Marketown, with its Coles supermarket and specialty stores, is a five minute stroll away.

The new Norwest railway station is situated just 500 metres from Haven, connecting Norwest with the city and all areas of Sydney.

Final Release of Large Homesites in EdgewaterMulpha recently released 13 homesites in Bella Vista Waters with nearly all selling in the first weekend. To meet market demand, Mulpha is planning a final release of homesites in the adjoining Edgewater estate. The timing of this release will be determined early in the New Year.

The 15 homesites to be released are large, ranging in size from

700m² to 850 m², and some are elevated with district views.

Mulpha Norwest General Manager Tim Spencer said the homesites in Edgewater are exceptional.

“They are large, with wide street frontages and set in premium streetscapes. Proximity to the Greenway Link, future parks and walkways, and a short walk to the future Bella Vista Railway Station ensure these blocks are in high demand.

This new estate allows purchasers an opportunity to design and build their dream home within a new community, continuing on from the award-winning Bella Vista Waters community.”

Residents of Edgewater will be close to planned public open space and playing fields. They will also be close to a variety of lakeside restaurants and cafes, shopping, banking, childcare, medical and recreational facilities at Norwest.

New Develoment Planned for Fairway DriveMulpha has commenced preliminary planning for a site on Fairway Drive. It is several hundred metres from award-winning developments, Peninsula and Central Park, and backs onto Bella Vista Waters. It will comprise homesites and townhomes.

The townhomes will be set around a feature park complete with resort-style swimming pool, gym and clubhouse. A landscaped riparian corridor will run the full length of the entry road into the development.

The new development is a short walk to Norwest, where residents can stroll or bike ride, via a network of walkways, to a variety of lakeside restaurants and cafes, shopping, banking, childcare, medical and recreational facilities.

The new Norwest railway station is located close by, connecting Norwest with the city and all areas of Sydney.

Mulpha Norwest has gained a reputation for excellence in the Hills Shire with its highly acclaimed Bella Vista Waters residential estate, and international award-winning Norwest Business Park.

Pending development approval, Mulpha will commence off the plan sales around April 2017.
