Enter your details and submit the Query/ Complaint/Grievance.

After submission, a confirmatory message will appear on the screen

in case of a non member

In case of a non member, a mail will drop in your INBOX. Click on the url to Validate and

Generate Request number

When your Query/Complaint/Grievance is resolved an auto e-mail will drop in your

INBOX

Click on second option tocheck the status of your

Query/Complaint/Grievance
