RENO, NEVADA FALL 2015 WELCOME TO FROM THE GOOD LIFE IN AN ACTIVE-ADULT COMMUNITY By Mike Aguilar, Executive Director of Regency Amenity Centers THE GOOD LIFE IN AN ACTIVE-ADULT COMMUNITY Many of you have lived in a 55+ community before, but for some of you, Regency at Damonte Ranch is your first experience within an active-adult community. You may wonder what “active-adult” actually means in a Toll Brothers community. As the Executive Director of your Regency Amenity Centers, I think the lifestyle is much like living on a cruise ship...but on land! You can do as much or as little as you like, but there is NEVER a day when there isn’t some fun activity offered. I am excited to bring my experience to this wonderful neighborhood, and I assure you that you’ll find the very best in active-adult living here! AMAZING AMENITIES! At Regency at Damonte Ranch, you will have access to unparalleled amenities, including the 5,000-square-foot Presidio Clubhouse and the 17,000-square-foot Regency Clubhouse. Both clubhouses, which will be completed between the end of this year and spring/ summer of 2016, will have fitness centers, game rooms, community living rooms, and pools. The Presidio Clubhouse will have an outdoor pool and hot tub, while the Regency Clubhouse will offer an indoor pool (with men’s and ladies’ locker rooms) and hot tub with sliding doors for an indoor/outdoor ambience in the pool area. Regency will also include a library, a classroom (for art classes, quilting, etc.), a demonstration kitchen (for on-site events or private room bookings), a multipurpose room (fitness classes, homeowners meetings, etc.), and a community living room to relax in throughout the day. Other amenities include seven pickleball courts, two bocce courts, and a tennis court—offering you fabulous recreational options for years to come. A LITTLE ABOUT ME... I was born in South Lake Tahoe, California, and attended college at Sacramento State University, earning a B.S. in Recreation Administration. After serving as an Activities Director and an Executive Director in other communities, I came to Regency in April 2015. I have two great boys—Ian, 11, and Shane, 8—and we enjoy spending our free time together playing baseball, camping, hiking, fishing, and skiing. I enjoy both Reno and Sparks very much and feel fortunate to be a part of these two great communities. I am looking forward to sharing my wealth of experience to create an exciting active lifestyle for all of you! I hope to learn more about each of you as you get settled into your new homes! Bethany LeGate, Sr. Sales Manager and Division Broker, has been with our Reno Division for 12 years and has represented our Division on every community we have opened since 2005. Bethany most recently was honored with our Salesperson of the Year Award 2015.
Tiffany Dunseath, Sales Manager, was recognized for her accomplishments at our Dorado Hills and Willow Bend communities, where her customer service skills and devotion to the company earned her our Customer Service of the Year Award 2015. Tiffany is now an integral part of our Sales Team at Regency.
