Cheesy Pizza Marinara (meatless)
2- 8oz. (bar) Mozzarella Cheese1 - 26 oz. can -Spaghetti Sauce (Hunts - No Sugar Added)2 oz. - Parmesan Cheese [shredded] (DiGiorno)4 tsp. - "Pizza Seasoning" Italian Blend (McCormick)PAM - Non stick cooking spray
1. Heat spaghetti sauce on stovetop or in microwave and keep warm. Slice (bar) cheeseinto 16 slices per bar. Using a large skillet (sprayed with PAM), cook the cheese untilgolden brown on the outside but still warm and gooey on the inside. (Only cook a fewpieces of cheese at a time or they will all melt together.)
2. Remove cheese from skillet, place 8 slices per plate, top with 1/2 cup sauce, 1/4 of theparmesan cheese and a sprinkle of "Pizza Seasoning."

Loaded Chicken Breasts
4- Chicken Breasts1/2 Cup - Water1 stick - Butter [salted]8 oz. - Sour Cream8 oz. - Cheddar Cheese [shredded]1 Tbl. - Chives (Litehouse/freeze dried)12 slices - Bacon [crumbled]
1. In a large skillet, cook chicken breasts in water until they are no longer pink inside(add more water if necessary). In a separate skillet, (while the chicken is cooking) frybacon until hot and crispy. When able to handle bacon, crumble into bite size pieces,set aside.
When chicken is done, add butter, cheese, sour cream, bacon, and top with chives.

Steamed broccoli w/Cheese Sauce
Steamed Broccoli:1 - Broccoli [bunch]1/4 Cup – Water
1. Place broccoli (cut into pieces) in a microwave safe bowl, add 1/4 cup water, coverwith plastic wrap and cook on high for about 8 minutes, or until your preferreddoneness.
Cheese Sauce:1/2 stick - Butter [salted]1 Cup - Cream [Heavy Whipping]4 slices - American Cheese (thick deli style)4 oz. - Cheddar Cheese [shredded]1 oz. - Romano Cheese [shredded]1 tsp.-Onion powder
1. In a small saucepan, combine all of the "cheese sauce" ingredients and cook onmed/high heat until mixture begins to boil. Reduce heat, and simmer until ready toserve.

Side Salad w/Oil & Vinegar
Side salad w/O+V:1 - Lettuce (head)1 - Cucumber1 – Tomato
1. Cut/tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in a large salad bowl. Slice cucumberand tomato and add to salad.
Oil & Vinegar Salad Dressing:1/2 Cup - Red Wine Vinegar1 Cup -Olive Oil
1. I prepare in a salad shaker: 1 1/2 cups makes 12 servings.

Lost @ Sea Pork Chops
8- Pork Chops [3/4 thick]1/4 Cup - Sugar Free Honey (Honey Tree)2 Tbl. - Soy Sauce1 Tbl. - Ginger [chopped fresh]1 tsp. - Pineapple Extract (legal)2-3 cloves - Garlic [minced]1 - Green Onion [chopped]
1. Place pork chops in a broiler pan. Mix all of the ingredients together, then pour overchops. Broil for 8-10 minutes or until done.

2. Place chops in baking dish, mix all of the ingredients together, then pour over chops.Bake in 350* oven for about 45 minutes or until done.

Grilled Asparagus w/Onion & Herb Seasoning
1 - Asparagus (bunch)2 Tbl. - Olive Oil1 tsp. - Onion & Herb Seasoning (Mrs. Dash)
1. Place asparagus on an indoor/outdoor grill, brush with olive oil and sprinkle the onion& herb seasoning over them. Cook until crisp/tender.

Texas Beef Fajitas
1 lb. - Flank Steak [cut into strips]2 Tbl. - Peanut Oil1 tsp. - Cumin1 large - Onion1 medium - Green Pepper1 medium - Red Pepper1 medium - Yellow Pepper1 large - Tomato [diced]2 Tbl. - Lime Juice6 oz. - Sour Cream8oz. - Cheddar Cheese [shredded]
1. In a large skillet, cook steak sprinkled with cumin in oil until tender. Next, add onionand peppers and cook until translucent, then add tomatoes and lime juice. Place on 4individual plates and top with cheddar cheese and sour cream.

Parmesan Crisps and Pork Rinds w/Salsa
Parmesan crisps:2 oz. - Parmesan Cheese [shredded]2 oz. - Parmesan Cheese [grated]2 oz. - Romano Cheese [shredded]]2 Tbl. - Taco SeasoningPAM - Non stick cooking spray
1. Mix parmesan cheese and taco seasoning together. In a large skillet (sprayed withPAM) place 1/4 of cheese mixture and cook until crisp. Repeat, until done. Eat wholetopped with beef fajitas or break into bite size pieces.
Pork Rinds and Salsa:.5 oz. - Plain Pork Rinds1 Cup – Salsa
1. Just dip and eat!

Crabby Cakes
1 - 6 oz. pkg. - Frozen Crabmeat1 - egg [beaten]1 Tbl. - Green Onion1 Tbl. - Chives [freeze dried]2 Tbl. - Mayonnaise2 tsp. - Dijon Mustard1 tsp. - Thyme1/2 tsp. - Celery salt1 tsp. - Worcestershire sauce5 oz. pkg. - Plain Pork Rinds1/4 Cup - Parmesan Cheese [grated]1/2 Cup - Parmesan Cheese [shredded]2 tsp. - Paprika2-3 Tbl. - Peanut Oil
1. In a large bowl, combine crabmeat, egg, green onion, chives, mayonnaise, dijonmustard, thyme, celery salt, and worcestershire sauce and mix well. Shape into 4patties, and set aside.
2. In another bowl combine the pork rinds, grated parmesan, shredded parmesan, andpaprika. Next, coat each patty with the "rind mixture." (I like to pour the rind mixtureon a plate, and then just set the patty in it, and turn it over once or twice until wellcoated.
3. In a large skillet, heat oil until hot, then place patties in and cook on med/high heatuntil patties are golden brown on each side, about 3-5 minutes.

Roasted Broccoli w/Garlic & Lemon Butter Sauce
1 - Broccoli [bunch]1/2 stick - Butter [salted]1 Tbl. - Lemon/Garlic Seasoning (Spice Island)1 Tbl. - Lemon juice [fresh squeezed]1/4 Cup - Cream [heavy whipping]
1. Place broccoli (cut into pieces) on a broiler pan. Broil for about 3-5 minutes or untilbroccoli is crisp and darkened. Next, in a small saucepan, combine butter, lemon/garlicseasoning, lemon juice, and cream and bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmeruntil ready to use.
2. When broccoli is done, put on a plate and pour the lemon/butter sauce over it.

Tossed Salad w/Ceasar Salad Dressing
Tossed salad w/ceasar:1 - Lettuce [head]
1. Cut/tear lettuce into bite size pieces and place in large salad bowl. (To your liking, addsome of the ceasar salad dressing directly to the lettuce, toss and serve immediately.)
Ceasar Salad Dressing:1 Cup - Sour Cream1/2 Cup - Mayonnaise1 tsp. - Garlic powder [dehydrated]1 tsp. - Red Pepper Spice [dehydrated]1 tsp. - Lemon powder1 Tbl. - Parmesan Cheese [grated]1 Tbl. - Romano Cheese [grated]
1. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, red pepper spice, lemon powder,parmesan cheese, and romano cheese.
2. (For best results: Chill salad dressing for 2 hours to combine flavors.)

Broccoli & Shrimp Stir-fry
1 1/2 lbs. - Shrimp2 Cups. - Broccoli1 small can - Water Chestnuts2 Tbl. - Soy Sauce1 Tbl. - Red Wine Vinegar2 Tbl. - Splenda2 cloves - Garlic [minced]1 small - Onion1 4 oz. can - Mushrooms2 Tbl. - Peanut Oil
1. In a large skillet or WOK heat oil until hot, then add all ingredients, making sure toadd shrimp last. Stir-fry until broccoli is tender, remove from heat, serve immediately .
Level - 2* option: Only choose this option if you are following Level - 2, otherwiseplease omit this item.
