Cleaning & hygiene measures Resort staff will all undergo the mandatory Hospitality & Tourism COVID-19 Hygiene Course prior to their commencement. Please understand that due to our thorough hygiene practices, we anticipate room cleaning will take longer than usual and you may experience a service delay.

We ask that all guests practice good hygiene including regular hand washing throughout their stay. Shared bathrooms and facilities will be cleaned regularly, and hygiene signage will be in place.

Gym The gym will be open from 6:00am to 10:00am and 4:00pm to 8:00pm daily and will be cleaned between each session. We ask that you please maintain good hygiene and wipe down equipment with the disinfectant provided after use.

Resort information For your convenience and to assist us in maintaining increased hygiene standards, a compendium is located on your TV and includes information about Chahoya Spa & Salon, restaurants and Resort services. You will also find contact phone numbers, dining information and a Resort map in this booklet.

Tour Desk / Resort Shop The Shop and Tour Desk is open from 8:00am to 5:00pm and both are located next to Reception. Our staff can assist you with booking a variety of tours that leave from the Resort.

Navigating around Resort Look out for the Asian stone horses installed by Lord McAlpine, which all point towards Reception.

Ocean and Family pools Guests are reminded to please exercise social distancing practices around both pools. We ask that no lounges or seats are reserved without a guest being present. Beach packs are also available from Reception to use at nearby Cable Beach.

A reservation is required for all table service restaurants including Sunset Bar & Grill breakfast. If dining at one of our set sitting times,

please arrive on time to avoid your table being reallocated. Your cooperation and patience is greatly appreciated.

BreakfastSunset Bar and Grill (ext. 470) have introduced an à la carte, full-service offering for $40 per person. This includes barista coffee, juice of the day, fresh fruit and pastries, and choice of main meal from an alternating menu. A children’s menu is available for $20 per child.

We offer two sittings at 7:00am to 8.15am and 8:30am to 10.30am.

Cichetti Club is also open from 7:00am to 9:30am daily with a takeaway breakfast and coffee offering. Ad hoc seating is available but no table service.

LunchAn Ocean Pool lunch menu with service is open to guests from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

The Family Pool bar will be offering a takeaway style lunch each day from 11:00am to 4:00pm.

Aperitivo ‘Hour’ is perfect for a pre-dinner drink and snack on the Cichetti boardwalk from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, Tuesday to Saturday.

DinnerSunset Bar & Grill (ext. 470) is exclusively open to in-house guests each evening with an opportunity for 50 guests per sitting. Two sittings are available at 5:30pm to 7.15pm and from 7:30pm. The bar is open from 4:00pm daily for sunset drinks and casual dining.

Cichetti Club (ext. 411) offers a delicious three-course set menu option from Tuesday to Saturday from 6:00pm.

Kichi Kichi (ext. 479) is open from Thursday to Monday from 5:00pm to 8:00pm with two options available; you may order at the bar and takeaway to our casual, non-serviced tables poolside or pre-order and pick up to enjoy in your room.
