How to Enroll Your child.

The Most Important Element!

• The most important element is you ( the parent or guardian).

• Please bring your child personally to the school for enrollment.

When is the best time to enroll a student.

• The office may need time to process your child’s information or send for required documents.

• The best time to bring your child in will be between 9:00am and 2:00pm.

• Expect that the child may be attending school the next school day.

What you should bring with you:

• Birth Certificate

• Shot Records

Bristow Requests• Withdraw Sheet from

Previous School• Social Security Card• Any Special

Documents • Legal Papers• Proof of Residence
