NINJA WARRIOR TRAINING Learn how to control your body and complete obstacle courses as part of a team
Classes will be led by an occupational and speech therapist
Skills worked on throughout training:
• Core muscle strengthening
• Sequencing and eye hand coordination
• Teamwork (turn taking, impulse control)
• Sportsmanship
• Balance
Ages 5-8: Tuesdays 5:00pm-6:00pm
