• Bell-work: Please take a moment to fill out the handout on your desk! It will be collected.

Every day when you come into class you will have a bell-work assignment on the board. Each student is expected to sit in their desk and start the bell-work when they enter the room.

bold and unusual words!

For both classes:

• One 2 inch binder with side pockets (or a 2-pocket folder placed inside)

• Dividers/dividing tabs

• Loose-leaf paper (college ruled preferred)

• Pens/pencils

• Red pen

• Highlighter (any color)

• Markers or crayons (optional)

Rhetoric:

• Composition notebook (college ruled preferred)

• Index cards

English:

• 3 inch x 3 inch sticky notes
