Lovable… It is our last day.

Thank you for every comment, insight, Facebook messenger and email. <3 You

were absolutely fantastic and it was a pleasure to spend this week with you!

Today, I want to end this challenge on a lighter note…

Our brains love to be busy, don’t they?

The two things we constantly do:

1. Ruminate about the past or think about the future:

o We are either in the past thinking about what happened, who said

what, what we did or said, re-playing scenes in our mind… or

o We are in the future thinking about what will happen, what do we need

to do, what if this happens, what if that…

2. Give meanings and make conclusions based on one thing (e.g. If he doesn’t

text me today, it means he’s not interested. – and we love to test, don’t we?)

Remedy?

Practice Mindfulness: Here&Now

Step on a break. Take one step at the time.

Enjoy the moment, practice here & now.

Stop daydreaming far into the future or recalling previous disappointments from the past. Be in the present moment.

Practice Light & Playful Attitude

Stop taking things seriously.

It is “only” a date.

What is the purpose of that date?

Or better yet: What is purpose of life (and love) if we can’t be ourselves, have a great time, and just enjoy the magic if it’s there?

What is something you look forward to do after a date?

(Can be that day or the next one.)

Doesn’t it feel better to think about these things?

Rather than “What did he mean by… What if this happens… What if that…”

This way of thinking creates a completely different energy. The one we all need.

Each day of the challenge, after you complete the workbook, you will get a mini-task.

Your mini-task will be to share one thing from the workbook in The Lovables group. If you share your mini-tasks on all five days, you are entering a draw to win a One on One Coaching Session with me, on any love subject you want to resolve. It might be a situation that you're currently in, the relationship you have with someone, something you've been struggling with, an emotional hurt you want to heal, or a goal you want to achieve. This coaching session will be highly tailored to your needs.

Today’s Mini-Task

We all learn in different ways, we have different insights, light bulb moments,

decisions, conclusions… So, this time, on Day 5 video post, put a hashtag

#day5loved and share with us – What is (at least) one thing that you learned during

this Challenge that you’ll definitely take with you; something that you would like to

tell a friend of yours, as a good advice?
