Step by Step Instructions to Fill the Online Application Form through KINPOE Online Admission System (KOAS)

1. Create your new account See Figure 1.

2. A sign-up window will appear. Fill up your Name (as given in CNIC), email address, Date

of Birth, username and password. Remember this information or secure it in a safe

place carefully to access your application in future. See Figure 2

3. On pressing submit button, you will see the screen as shown in Figure 3

4. Now login with your user ID and password. See Figure 4.

5. Screen will appear as follows for your profile data. Click EDIT/UPDATE button before

PERSONAL INFORMATION and CONTACT INFORMATION. See Figure 5.

6. Enter PERSONAL INFORMATION & CONTACT INFORMATION and save them separately.

See Figure 6 & Figure 7.

7. Now Scroll down to enter your EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION details. Click Add button

given for your corresponding qualification. See Figure 8.

8. Interface for entering SSC Educational Details will appear as given below. See Figure 9.

9. On submitting the details, your SSC details will appear as follows which may be edited

any time before the application submission deadline. Enter HSC/Diploma details in the

same way and recheck before submission. See Figure 10 & Figure 11.

10. After pressing submit button, the details will be displayed as follows. After submitting

your relevant qualification, please press the link Apply Now. See Figure 12

11. The screen will appear as follows. Click the button See Figure 13

12. A pop-up box for preferred training center and preferred Test Center will appear as

follows. The candidate will be required to give his preference /choice of Institute and

Test Center. Nearest Test center will be assigned if a test center is not available. Don’t

forget to check the checkbox if you are applying through proper channel. Submit the

choice. See Figure 14.

13. On successful submission of application, the screen will be displayed with intimation

message as follows. The link for Fee Vouchers will become available in the left pan. See

Figure 15:

14. Print filled Fee Voucher (Askari Bank) as in Figure 16 or Fee Voucher (National Bank) as

in Figure 17 which will be manually filled by the applicant for empty fields. Visit the bank

and ask for online fee deposit. For details of online deposit procedure you may

download Fee Submission Method from our website.

15. After you have deposited the application processing fee in the bank. Re-login to your

Application Form. Click link Apply Now. Click Button DETAILS in the right pane. Then

Click Button APPLICATION FEE. See Figure 18.

16. APPLICATION FEE DETAILS Form will appear on clicking the link PROVIDE FEE DETAILS.

Enter your relevant information in the form as given below. See Figure 19.

17. Enter the details from your copy of deposit Slip in APPLICATION FEE DETAILS Form. This

form will be opened by clicking the button PROVIDE FEE DETAILS. See Figure 20.

18. After successful submission of Fee details, the candidate will be required to send

KINPOE part/ Photocopy of Student’s part of Askari Bank Fee Voucher or Photocopy of

NBP Fee Deposit Slip along with one Photograph (with Name and NIC No. written on

back of both of them). See Figure 21.

19. After scrutiny, the links REPORT (Application Form) and Admit Slip will be available to

download his/her filled application form & Admit Card. See Figure 22.

20. Roll No will be issued on these documents. Applicant will keep his application Form with

him as record and bring the Admit Slip with him at the Test Center on Test Day along

with his/her original CNIC. See Figure 23

21. You may edit your profile information or test center choice or/and Training Institute or

Fee Details for any wrong entry before Application deadline by re-login to your

application. . See Figure 24.
