By this data what did you understand? Are your unit tests, quarterly, half yearly and pre public examination results as you shown in the CMR are close to the IPE results? If your answer is yes your effort is appreciable. If your answer is no examine yourself and firm in making proper planning since from the beginning.

The best investment in future is proper influence today“CHOOSE OR LOOSE”.

According to Mahatma Gandhi “we must understand the difference between what we are doing and what is to be done”. Think it, memorize and react.

What is our position of results during this year? How it is declined from 70% to 60% when the subject average is 92.3%. It clearly shows coordination is lagging among us.

Two basic things we must perform • Subject wise result• Group wise resultOtherwise there will be no meaning for our job “ORGANISE OR AGONISE”.Kaizen theory in Japan totally changed the Japanese economy after the

total collapse of Japanese in World War II.The essence of Kaizen is “Change for the better” (Improvement).

Page 10: WELCOME IPE RESULTS MARCH 2010

Key elements of kaizen are quality, effort, involvement of all employees, willingness to change, and communication.

The five main elements of kaizen

1.Teamwork2.Personal discipline3.Improved morale(sense of confidence and usefulness and purpose )4.Quality circles 5.Suggestions for improvement

Have the proper planning to get respectable results every year. Our college has very good name in the district. How this name and fame came to us? It is just because of the very good team found in our college. With this we should become very strong. I am confident to achieve good results by discharging our duties with pleasure and not with pressure.

Please note• We must have willingness to do some good to our poor and

innocent students in our college.• Make an entry of college wise, group wise, subject wise results

in your diary which gives inspiration to achieve better result.• No more encroachment in others duty.• Make your planning to complete the syllabus before the end of

November and don’t ask for any concession to extend the instruction classes in December without waiting for annual academic organizer supplied by the BIE.

• Educate the students regarding the importance of attendance in such a way that no students pay the condonation fees.
