New Agent Options Checklist
As a new HomeSmart agent, you have many options available to you to learn,
form valuable relationships, and gain the support you need to be successful.
Make sure you take advantage of all of the programs and items listed below!
Get Educated.
D SmartStart Looking to launch right into your business? SmartStart
is taught by a top-producing REALTOR® and offers a
"real world" initiation using lab-style exercises, hands-on
training and live simulations, so that you know what to
expect from your first experiences in the field.
D Professional Development
A blend of tailored classes and one-on-one mentoring,
this is a great resource for agents of all experience
levels looking to improve their skills and work towards
individual goals. Agents have an additional opportunity
to participate in Buffini & Company's Peak Producers®
Program to take their skills to the next level.
D CE (Continuing Education)
These classes are required for agents to renew their
license every two years by maintaining their education
with 24-unit hours of CE credits. Varying in complexity,
the courses cover a variety of relevant industry topics.

D Facebook Groups
Each office has its own Facebook group. Here you
can post and reply to posts from other HomeSmart
agents within a private group. This is a great way to
build relationships and gain feedback or advice from
other agents.

facilitated by the branch manager and SmartPartners.
