In the Field of Pure Potentiality (aka The Field, The Matrix, The Quantum Field, The Morphic Field), all things exist at once, time isn’t linear, and anything is possible.

Therefore, whether you’re live here now on this call, or on the recording, you ARE connecting with all others who are on the call, those who are listening to the recording, and even those who are intending to be a part of healing event.

For this event, we will be tapping into our own true essential being. (Consciousness). It’s not difficult to do, and you don’t need to be practiced at it. Nor do you need to become an expert. Because it is our essential nature, it is simply a remembering…and a sensing into our hearts. Be easy. Keep an open mind and an open heart.

All are welcome here. This is NOT political, nor is it about finding or discussing solutions to world problems. This is NOT religious. It’s not about right or wrong - I encourage you to step aside from judgment: of yourself or others.

When we do this work alone, we are a drop in the ocean, but we are still a drop. When we do this with others, we exponentially multiply our results. When we HOLD the feelings of healing that we create here, we offset negativity in a quantum way.

SO LET’S BEGIN…

FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION ON YOUR HEART. YOU CAN PLACE

YOUR HAND ON THE CENTER OF YOUR CHEST TO BRING

YOUR FOCUS THERE.      

Breathe in slowly, and imagine your breath going in and out of your heart.

Listen to this tone played on a Tibetan Bowl. It is an F#, which is the heart chakra tone. Tune your heart to the tone. This is done by simply feeling the tone and feeling your heart and imagining them resonating or vibrating on the same frequency. Now expand that vibration all around you. Imagine expanding it further and including everyone you know and love in that frequency. Expand it further. Include everyone on this call and recording in your heart resonance. Can you include all of Humanity in your heart resonance – even those people who you don’t like, or hate, or those you fear?  

Let’s move on to more healing. Think about an event that causes you to feel negative emotions. This can be an event in your family, in your community, in your state or province, in your country, or anywhere on the planet. But please, for this healing, just select one negative event. Focus on your body for a moment and notice how you FEEL as you think about this event. We will use Tapping to clear the negativity. Tapping is a combination of Eastern acupressure points and Western psychology. It’s a very simple, yet powerful technique for releasing negative emotions.  

                              In his book “The Science of Mind, author Ernest Holmes says… “…Healing is accomplished by uncovering, neutralizing and erasing

false images of thought, and letting the perfect idea, or ideal, reflect itself through subjective mind, into the body. Nothing can permanently heal but right thinking.”

We’ll use phrases that are pretty general. I’ll guide you through the points. Tapping on the KC point, repeat after me: ET I feel these negative emotions about this event, ID&CL&AM ET I feel these negative emotions in my body, ID&CL&AM ET I feel these negative emotions about this event, ID&CL&AM, and I choose to feel peaceful now.

Tapping through the points: -These negative emotions -About that event -I feel these emotions in my body -I’ve been thinking negative thoughts -A lot of negative thoughts and emotions about this event -I feel powerless about this event -I wonder if I could let these negative thoughts go? -Replace them with love and compassion    

-I wonder if I could let these negative emotions go? -Release them from my body -I’d feel better if I let these thoughts go -I’d feel better if I let these feelings go -What if I could change things simply by feeling better? -I do have power over how I feel -I’m choosing to release these negative thoughts now -I’m choosing to release these negative emotions too Now breathe deeply, in and out, releasing all the negativity as you exhale. Once more.

Continue to tap around the points until your negative emotions about that event are neutral, or at least reduced considerably. Do these exercises as often as you like – for inner peace, for global healing, and to consciously evolve. Please join us next month on February 9, at 10:00 am, Pacific Time.
