There is no excuse for not turning in your work
Try and get organized Look on your teacher’s website for
assignments if you are missing something
Ask the teacher for another copy if you lose something
ZAP There will be a ZAP class on the Thursday before each progress report or report card upload
The first ZAP is Thursday, Sept. 10 If you have any missing Math, Rela,
Science, or History assignments, your teacher will contact your parents and let them know you have been assigned a ZAP class
You can get off the ZAP list if you turn in the missing work before that Wednesday afternoon at 4:00
Teachers will have a visual list ofstudents that owe late workin their rooms If the work is still not turned in you must attend ZAP
ZAP is for 2 hours. You can attend in the morning 8:00-10:00 or after school 4:00-6:00
You must stay the entire 2 hours regardless of whether or not you finish the late work
If you come to morning ZAP you will meet the ZAP teacher in the cafeteria and you must be there by 8:15 or you will not be admitted
If you attend afternoon ZAP we will send a note and call for you at the end of 7th period
You must bring the missing assignment with you. We will have textbooks, paper, and pencils if you need them.
We will collect the work at the end of ZAP and return it to your teacher for grading whether you are finished or not

your work
Don’t let your Team and Yourself
Down…..Do your work and

What if I don’t attend ZAPIf you are an athlete you need to attend
morning ZAP so you will not miss practiceIf your name is on the ZAP list and you don’t
show up in the morning, you will be pulled from afternoon practice to attend ZAP and will receive consequences from your coaches for missing practice
