Welcome Activity: Share Program Planning Ideas
Use markers and sticky notes to post your ideas on the flip chart paper around the room!
1. Needs identified (areas needing attention, trends, data)

Program Planning Time----Teams:1. Begin with either needs assessment (Step #1 of thefootprints) or by looking at goals (step #3 of the footprints).Then choose a tool to get started!OR2. Identify the next steps you will take as a group to begin to do information gathering/needs assessment and your program planning.Program Planning Time----Individuals:What steps will you take to pull a small group together for planning within your club, group or committee—1.
