An application form (AP1) from the Council will need to be completed; called “Application to hold a Civil Marriage Ceremony in approved premises”. This will be provided by the hotel for you to complete and for you to take to the REGISTRAR’S OFFICE. Once completed a copy is required by the hotel, for reference.
