I) First Level:-a) Submission of IIQA:-
➢ More or Less similar to earlier letter of Intent (LOI)
➢ Overall year can submit.
➢ Required AISHE reference no./ code
➢ Self declaration & undertaking by the Principal wrt latest affiliation
status (for affiliated college)
b) Online Submission of SSR
II) Second Level:-
a) Data Validation & verification (DVV) & prequalifier score
- Online assessment of data submitted as a part of SSR- generate prequalifier score
- Institute should have 30% score for qualitative metric will qualify onsite Peer team
visit / Assessment (prequalifier Score; without SSS score)
b) Preparation Student Satisfactory Survey (SSS)
After SSR submission within 1 to 3 days, NAAC office initiate online student
satisfactory survey; (mail/ phone)
- For this detail information of all enrolled students of A & A process year to be
submitted a part of SSR, Cri -II metric 2.7.1. Information of students as enrollment
no (PRN), program, year of study, email ID, mobile no etc
- Randomly selection of 30 % student to response SSR
- Response is expected minimum 10% or 100 whichever is lesser
- Institute qualify 30% & above, qualify for 3rd Level of A & A process
III)Third Level :-
a) Onsite assessment by Peer Team:-➢ Assessment of Qualitative Component
➢ Generate report wrt SWOC
➢ Assigning score for each Qualitative Metric
b) Generate of Result by NAAC: -➢ Combine score of Peer Team, Pre-qualifier (Quantitative metric through DVV) &
student satisfactory survey; resulting overall criteria wise Grade point average
(CGPA)
c) Final outcome placed for approval of executive council:-
➢ Declare Accreditation status & Institutional Grade
➢ No pre-disclose details of Peer Team
