USSP Expectations1. Perform “The Basics”2. Fix the problem yourself or with the district

tech. If you delegate a call to a district tech, you should still follow up with the call resolution.

3. After the problem is fixed, GET BACK to the user and make sure they can “drive to success”. Have them login, open the application and try to repeat the initial error

4. The call is not complete until the user CAN NOT repeat the error
