1. Guidelines for Outgoing Documents To all (future) project heads and core group members (especially Sec core members), see attached memo regarding guidelines for outgoing documents.

2. Members' Database Hello Gabay! Alinsunod na rin sa reminder ng OSA regarding internet privacy settings, dinown ko po ang bit.ly/gabaydatabase. Ngunit huwag mag-alala! Hindi tayo babalik sa download-the-database-from-the?-yahoogroups style! DEED 2: Holding Hands Game Objective: Break as many bonds (of other families) as possible. Rules: As soon as at least two members of a family are in the Gabay room, they must hold hands. If family members do not hold hands, points will be deducted from their family. A core team member of the AS Scheme will be monitoring the game. NO using of physical tactics that may hurt...break other family bonds without hurting them (e.g. tickle, hug by Kuya Karlo, etc.).

The game will be conducted every day from July 11 to 15 at 10:30am to 11:30am in the Gabay Room.
