Packaging Inventory Supply Planner:

Job Summary Responsible for product management and distribution while maintaining a comprehensive inventory

tracking system. The main responsibilities of this position includes meeting inventory goals, managing

tracking systems and acting as a liaison to other departments

Pay Scale

$17.00/hr - $20.00/hr.

Education/Experience Requirements AA/AS/BS Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering Technology or a

related field preferred.

Must have a minimum of 3 years of work experience in warehousing or similar logistics

field.

SAP and Microsoft Office Experience required with proficiency in Excel.

Create transport orders and miscellaneous Shipping Orders (MSO)

Manage Packaging Group Mailbox and SharePoint sites

Conduct monthly audits

Compile and report Packaging Measures

Manage Packaging Specification Routing Process/workflow

o Communicate changes to end users, warehouse personnel and procurement

Report non-conformances of supplies

Manage multiple Share Point Sites

Monitor processes and procedures to ensure compliance

Maintain SOX Material audit documents (summary and detailed)

JOB TITLE: STUDENT NIGHT DISPATCHER REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Engineering/Director of Engineering PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

To operate the two-way radio system to provide for effective and accurate communication between field personnel and others. To receive and record all after-hours customer calls and determine and dispatch proper personnel and notify supervisor when necessary in order to provide prompt service and restoration of service. To maintain a record of activities during off-duty operation. To handle after-hours customer service requests and to operate SCADA and PORCHE electronic outage reporting system per supervisor’s instruction.

PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Four years of high school. Must be enrolled in an accredited college, preferably as a freshman or a sophomore.

Basic knowledge of general office records and good communication skills. Must learn to read computer printouts, understand System’s maps and dispatch board and be familiar with service area. Some knowledge of roads within System area would be helpful.

Must have considerable skill in dealing with people including ability to deal with irate customers. Requires tact, judgment and courtesy at all times.

Must be able to respond to call-out events within 5 minutes for outages, other system events and job related responsibilities. May live in dorm room at Service Center on off-hours.
