JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title/Status: Accountant / Exempt Department: Finance Reports to: Accounting Manager

SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Incumbent will provide support for credit and collections, accounts payable, accounts receivable and ad hoc projects supporting overall finance department. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

Supports day to day activity in credit/collections, accounts payable and accounts receivable departments

Assist in tax compliance

Payroll processing activities

Journal entry transactions

Completes assigned finance department projects KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

One (1) to three (3) year’s experience in a finance or accounting position.

Knowledge of finance and accounting principles.

Knowledge of ERP systems

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business with strong Accounting experience

Field Service Engineer

Job Title: Field Service Engineer Job Location: Candidate can be locate in one of the following areas: Chattanooga or Knoxville, TN; Asheville, NC; or Greenville, SC Job Summary: The Service Engineer installs, repairs, and services plastic assembly machines at a customer site.

Identifies the root cause of the reported problem and determines the most effective solutions to

prevent further concerns. Troubleshoots and optimizes customer and standard machines to achieve

functionality and required cycle times. Provide technical training for all plastics joining processes to

customers and Extol personnel and assists with the development of process standards and best

practices. Works to achieve customer satisfaction in diverse situations.

Required Skills & Experience 1. Associate’s Degree or equivalent in a technical field.

2. Experience reading and debugging PLC and OPI code and writing basic computer programs.

3. Basic machining skills (drill-press, lathe, Bridgeport mill, etc.)

4. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude

5. Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills

6. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic circuits.

7. Demonstrated ability to create simple schematics and layouts using AutoCAD software.

8. Demonstrated ability to integrate simple self-contained motion controls.

9. Minimum of 2 year’s experience for SE II and 5 year’s experience for SE III servicing industrial

equipment

10. Demonstrated experience in PLC logic and programming.

11. Demonstrated ability to program imbedded, basic coordinated motion.

12. Demonstrated basic understanding of third party component software (i.e., color sensors, screw

qualifiers, barcode readers, etc.). Demonstrated ability to work with factory or sales eps to achieve
