Bloomfield Baptist Family:
As we gather to worship Christ this Sunday, consider the follow-ing truths about Christ’s crucifixion and resurrection from God’s Word: “For by a single offering he has perfected for all time those who
are being sanctified.” (Hebrews 10:14)
“And you, who once were alienated and hostile in mind, doing evil deeds, he has now reconciled in his body of flesh by his death, in order to present you holy and blameless and above
reproach before him...” (Colossians 1:21–22)
“In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness
of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace.” (Ephesians 1:7)
“You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glo-
rify God in your body.” (1 Corinthians 6:19–20)
“And they sang a new song, saying, ‘Worthy are you to take the
scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and lan-
guage and people and nation, and you have made them a king-dom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.’”
(Revelation 5:9–10) God’s word is rich with truths that teach about what was accom-plished through the crucifixion and resurrection of King Jesus. Consider these truths as we gather to worship Him this Lord’s Day!

I appreciate im-mensely this break from the responsibilities as Associate Pastor in order to recharge, reflect, renew, and reload! Please pray that I will use this time to be open and recep-tive to the moving of God in my life and allow Him to mold me in His image. Also, please pray for my family as the next seven weeks will be a big adjustment for them as well!
