Small Group Activity

In your group, consider what we know about boys and reading, and girls and reading.

Come up with one way a school librarian might be able to use this information to encourage students to read, or

to improve their use of resources. Your idea can address girls, boys or both, but must acknowledge/use

the gender research/discussion. Be as detailed in your plan as time allows. Be prepared to

share your idea briefly with the class, and elect a scribe to post a description of your idea to the class wiki.
