NOTICE IS HEREBYGIVEN, that a public hearing willbe held by the Town of Milo,County of Yates, New York at7:15 P.M. on October 30, 2011at the Milo Town Office, 137Main Street, Penn Yan, NewYork for the purpose of consid-ering a new contract with thePenn Yan Fire Protection Dis-trict which said contract shall befor fire protection to Town of Miloupon the following generalterms to wit:

(a) The said Penn Yan FireProtection District shall answer

and attend upon all fire calls insaid district.(b) For such services, said

fire Department shall be paid

$126,620.00(c) Said fire Department

shall maintain and operate a firestation containing suitable ap-paratus and appliances for thepurpose of furnishing fire pro-tection to said district.

(d) Said fire Departmentshall insure all of its equipmentagainst all liability and protect

the Town of Milo from liability forany accident in which any vehi-cle of such Department may beinvolved.

(e) Said contract shall con-tinue until December 31, 2013.

(f) Such other incidentals asmay be necessary or proper inconnection with such contract-ing period.
