Plot:The structure of a story, or the sequence in which the author arranges events in a story.

A typical story structure usually contains a conflict, the rising action, the climax, and the resolution.

The plot may have a protagonist, or central character who is considered the “good guy”. This character is often opposed by the antagonist, or “bad guy”. The tension between these two characters is often the source of conflict.
