MaterialsGraphic / PicturesVocabulary cardBlue Tack

ObjectivesThe learner will be able to match items of the same color when the teacher says, "This is (fruit name), show me (fruit name)." Planning of activitiesTeacher will conduct a sing along section which act as stimulation regarding the lesson.Graphic of fruits and match vocabulary cards will be pasted on blackboard.Teacher will show card with the fruits on it and say out the fruits name.After modeling by the teacher, students will be given opportunity to practice.

Vocabulary cards will be taken down leaving the graphic of fruits pasted on board. Students will take turn to match one vocabulary card to one fruit. If students hesitate or start to pick up the wrong name, teacher will guide them to the correct one. There will be numerous trials until the students is able to make the correct choice in at least 4 out of 5 trials.

Graphic of fruits will be taken down leaving the vocabulary cards pasted on board. Students will take turn to match the graphic to one vocabulary card on the board.
