This week in maths is the chance to refresh your
knowledge on the topics learnt during lockdown.
There will be two “practice quizzes” to challenge
yourself with on teams – with a further two quizzes
the following week.
These quizzes are designed to help us as teachers
support you as best as we can from September – we
want to see how much you can remember from
earlier in the year, and during the lockdown period,
where we know it’s much harder to learn at home.
Quizzes on teams On teams On teams
These quizzes will not affect your set for next year,
but it’s important that you do your best – we want
to be able to celebrate how well you’ve done in
really difficult learning circumstances and how well
you’ve remembered topics previously studied
before lockdown. To help you prepare – we’ll give
you a “knowledge checklist” – so you can see how
well you’ve done, and the HegartyMaths clip
numbers if you want to revise any topics.
