Recipe

Mixed Fruit Dash

Ingredients· Beetroot – ½ sliced· Cucumber – ½ peeled & sliced· Pineapple – 2 slices· Tomato – 1 sliced· Salt – 1 pinch· Sugar – 1 spoon· Seasoning· Rock salt – 1 pinch· Few leaves of mint· Roasted jeera powder – ½ tea sp· Lemon juice – 2 to 3 drops· Crushed ice

Method

· Blend Beetroot, Cucumber, Pineapple, Tomato, Salt and Sugar together first.

· Strain the blended mixture and to the juice obtained, add lemon drops, jeera powder and a pinch of rock salt.

· Garnish on top with mint leaves and serve by adding crushed ice.

This juice is best suited for home-makers as it will give them immediate energy boost and serves as a healthy drink too!
