I – Background and perspective test
1. Draw a high angle shot of background A. 2. Create the background A in a reverse angle shot.
II – Character test The scene takes place entirely in the background B. Draw the breakdown of the movements for the following action :
1. Spiderman climbs the facade from the lowest window to the open window.
NB : You can give in as many drawings as you want. On each sheet you can draw several poses, or just one. (You can submit several versions for the same action and leave the construction lines visible). NB : You can trace the sketch of the proposed background to complete it and put the poses of the character in perspective. Don’t forget to put your candidate number on each sheet you hand in. The judging criteria are as follows:
1. The expression of the character’s movement in time and space.
2. The drawing of the character in proportion, volume and perspective.
3. The capacity to conceive a background which respects the style and the perspective of background A.
