A non-refundable deposit of £500 plus a further £1,500 payable 9 months prior to your wedding is required to secure your booking.

Full payment of your estimated bill is due one calendar month before your wedding.

Once full payment is received no refunds or re-allocation of monies will be permitted.

Accommodation of up to 5 bedrooms can be provisionally secured by the Bride and Groom. The booking shall only be confirmed once your guest has contacted the hotel to pay a £20 non-refundable deposit. All bedrooms not secured by your guests 3 months prior to your wedding will be released for general sale.

The Lynnhurst Hotel Wedding Terms & Conditions must be signed at the time of confirmation.

Price increases will be applicable year on year; please ask our Wedding Co-ordinator for further details.

Ceremonies can be held at The Lynnhurst with an additional room hire charge.

Estimated numbers of day guests must be confirmed at the time of booking.

Final numbers must be confirmed one calendar month prior to your wedding. Numbers may increase but not decrease below 10% of that originally estimated at your time of booking. The Lynnhurst reserves the right to set minimum numbers of guests attending a wedding/function or catering for selected menus during these events.

If you unfortunately have to cancel your booking the hotel will retain the confirmation deposit of £500 plus the further £1,500 payment made 9 months prior to your date. There will also be further cancellation charges of the estimated account if the hotel is unable to re-let the accommodation. Charges as follows: less than: • 6 months – 50% • 5 months – 60% • 3 months - 75% • 1 month 100%.

The Lynnhurst reserves the right to charge for remedial costs to reinstate rooms should any of the following occur: smoking in a bedroom; breakages rendering the room incomplete to resell to another guest; specialist room cleaning including carpet shampooing if required.

Further discount available midweek on accommodation subject to Terms & Conditions.

Packages can be upgraded to include additional services and facilities to further enhance your special day. These include: selection of canapés for guests arrival; candelabra; floral garlands for top table; a selection of popular of specialist wines. Upgrades will be charged accordingly. Please ask our Wedding Co-ordinator for further details & costs. Packages can be upgraded but not subtracted from the minimum price applicable per person.

The wedding brochure can be altered at any time. The management reserve the right to amend the programme without prior notice being given.

The client will be responsible for any damage caused in public areas by the client or their guests, agents, employees etc, and indemnity against third parties as a result of negligence.

No access (supervised or otherwise) will be given to any accommodation room to anyone other than the registered key holder; this particularly applies to the Honeymoon Suite on the night of the wedding.
