The Hideout would be pleased to welcome you and your guests for

your next event!

Whether your group is large or small we have the perfect space for

you – from a private meeting room for up to 10 people, to the entire

room for up to 200 guests.

Our staff is here to serve you and ensure that your event is one to

remember.

ROOM RENTAL & AUDIO VISUAL RATES

Room rental for the day of your event is $1500.00 + GST.

This includes use of the microphone, podium and house sound

system, as well as the tables and chairs in the room.

If you do not require use of the entire room, please contact us for

information on reserving a specific section of the room.

Extra charges apply for all other/additional audio visual needs, and

can be arranged through the event planner.

Some services available include: slideshows, DJ services, band set-

up, additional microphones, special lighting/effects.

Bands may be booked for your event, with the approval of the event

coordinator.

POLICIES & INFORMATION

BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENT

Upon booking your event a Banquet Event Order (BEO) or contract will be issued to you regarding the

details of your event. Once this has been reviewed and signed, a $1000.00 non-refundable deposit is required

to book your space. A deposit totaling 50% of the room rental, estimated food/beverage costs, audio visual

and miscellaneous expenses is due 1 month prior to your event. The remaining balance is due within 7 days

following your event. All deposits are non-refundable. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit, Visa,

MasterCard or Amex.

MENU SELECTION & FINAL GUARANTEE

A final guarantee of the number of guests and menu selection is required 10 days before the event. Please

note that you will be charged for the number of guests you guarantee or however many guests attend,

whichever number is greater. For example: Guarantee of 150 guests, 140 guests attend = charged for 150

guests. Guarantee of 150 guests, 160 guests attend = charged for 160 guests.

DECORATIONS, SET-UP & TEAR DOWN, CLEAN-UP

The room is available for set-up at 8am on the day of the event. All decorations need to be removed and the

room must be cleaned by 10am on the day following the event. Additional set-up/tear-down time may be

discussed with the event planner and is dependent on availability. No open flames, glitter or confetti are

permitted as decorations. There will be a cleaning fee of $25/hour if additional clean-up is required following

your event.

FOOD, BEVERAGE AND SERVING STANDARDS

As a responsible server in accordance with AGLC we reserve the right to monitor and limit the consumption

of alcohol by our guests. Last call for alcohol service is negotiable, but can be no later than 2:00am, with

consumption until 3:00am. A mandatory gratuity of 18% will be added on to ALL food and beverage

charges on your final bill. No outside food or beverages are permitted in the Hideout, with the exception of a

wedding cake.

BARTENDER & SERVER CHARGES

Your wedding package will include up to three servers/ bartenders for the

duration of your event.

Extra bartenders or servers will be charged at a rate of

$20.00 per hour per bartender/server.

If your event is held on a Statutory Holiday extra server/bartender

charges may apply.

planners who will work with our Chef to meet all your personal preferences or

dietary needs.

The pricing in this wedding package is subject to change, and is not

guaranteed unless contained in a signed Banquet Event Order.

All pricing shown does NOT include GST (5%) or gratuity (18%).

Gratuity charged on food and beverages is subject to GST, as per Canada

Revenue Agency Regulations.
