Your Wedding Ceremony

Warbrook House is licensed to hold civil marriage and partnership ceremonies in a selection of rooms for up to 120 guests. There is a one off room hire charge of £595.00 inclusive of VAT for your ceremony room if you are also holding your wedding reception with us. If you would like to hold just your Ceremony please call us to discuss; prices on application. Booking Your Registrar After reserving your chosen suite, you will need to book your Registrar. The Aldershot Register Office will conduct civil ceremonies or partnerships any day of the week. Please contact them directly on 01252 317152 or email aldershot.registrars@hants.gov.uk to discuss the details of your day, check availability and discuss fees. *Please note capacities include ALL persons in the room, including photographers, registrars and so on.

Overnight Accommodation

We have 28 bedrooms within Warbrook House itself that are offered to you and your guests to book for the night of your wedding, comprising 25 double rooms and 3 single rooms. We can also offer a block of up to 5 bedrooms for the night prior to your wedding for any guests wishing to extend their stay. Please note some of these bedrooms may be in our Grange building which is situated within our grounds, a short walk from the main House. There may be other functions taking place at the property on the nights prior or post your wedding which may affect the number of bedrooms we can offer on these nights and also use of our bar and restaurant facilities may therefore be limited. Frequently Asked Questions Can we provide our own caterers? It is not possible to providing your own catering for weddings held in Warbrook House. It is possible to do this for weddings in the Garden Suite – please ask your Wedding Coordinator for more information. Can special dietary requirements be accommodated? Yes of course; providing we are notified in advance our chefs will be happy to adapt dishes or provide alternative options where necessary. Is it possible to arrange a menu tasting? Absolutely. A complimentary menu tasting for two is included within all of our wedding packages. These generally take place approximately three months prior to the date of your wedding. Can we supply our own wine/ champagne/ beer? This is possible and a corkage fee applies. Corkage fees are currently set at £10.00 per bottle of wine, £15.00 per bottle of Prosecco/ champagne, £1.50 per bottle/ pint of beer and £40.00 per bottle of spirits. Is there a minimum number of guests required to make a booking? Our packages are based on a minimum of 60 guests however we are happy to tailor a package to suit your requirements wherever possible. For peak dates however it may not be possible to reduce the minimum number. What time can our function go on until? We are licensed until 1.00am for the bar and 12.30am for music. It is possible to request an extension to 3.00am for the bar however this carries an additional fee of £200.00 inclusive of VAT per hour. Music will still end at 12.30am regardless of bar close time. Is there parking available? Yes. We have plenty of complimentary parking on site. Will our wedding be the only one taking place on the day? Not necessarily. House weddings would have exclusive use of the House, however we do have the ability to accommodate another wedding on the same day in our Garden Suite which is located in our grounds. Garden Suite wedding guests would not be able to access the House, and their accommodation is situated in a separate building. What is the maximum number of guests that can be accommodated? For House weddings, the maximum number of guests we can accommodate for a seated meal would be 120. For evening receptions this can increase to no more than 200 guests. Do you allow confetti to be thrown at the venue? Yes, however it can only be thrown outside the building and must also be biodegradable. Do you permit candles? Yes, providing they are housed in a suitable container, for example tea light holders, storm lanterns etc.

Frequently Asked Questions (cont…) Is there a separate room that can be used as a quiet area? Yes. If you are using the Stapleton & James we would usually transform the Wellington into a lounge area for your evening reception. What time can we/ our suppliers access our rooms for set up? This will vary depending on what functions may have taken place the day prior. Please ask your Wedding Coordinator to clarify your access times. Generally the earliest access we will be able to give will be 09.00am on the day of your function. Please note tables may be in position and clothed but will not be fully laid up at this time. Do you have a room where we can store wedding presents/ other items? Unfortunately we do not have any storage facilities on site. All gifts, belongings, hired in items, decorations, table centres, chair covers and so on must be collected from your function suite at the end of the evening by you/ your supplier unless prior agreement has been made with Warbrook House. If you are supplying your own decorations we would recommend asking a family member to assist in removing items from your room for you. Brides and Grooms (or an appointed family member or friend) are responsible for safe-keeping of gifts and cards received during your stay with us. Warbrook House cannot accept responsibility for any items brought on site, hired or otherwise. Do you provide a cake stand and knife? Yes. These are included in our wedding packages as standard. We have a choice of round or square. Is it possible to have a cash bar? Yes absolutely. Can we have an additional bottle bar? This is possible however this carries a fee of £50.00 per hour to cover staffing costs. Please note bottle bars have a more limited selection available and are a cash only facility. Do you provide a dance floor? Yes. We provide a wooden dance floor as part of our package. You are however welcome to hire in your own dance floor if you wish, for example if you wish to have an LED dance floor. Can I bring my own decorations? Yes. Please check with your Wedding Coordinator regarding installation and fixings as there may be restrictions on this. Do you provide a microphone for speeches? No. We don’t have a microphone here but your DJ may be able to help with this. Is live music permitted? Yes. Live music and bands are permitted in the Main House, however please note there is limited space for a band to set up. We would recommend you encourage your band to visit the venue before you confirm your booking with them. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside Warbrook House. Smoking is only permitted in designated outside areas.

Getting Here By Car From the M3 Exit the M3 at Junction 4a, follow signs for Yateley and A30. After passing the Gibraltar army barracks turn right at roundabout towards the A30. Turn left onto the A30 towards Basingstoke. Go straight over the next roundabout and take the first turning on the right onto the A327 towards Reading. Continue for approx. 2.5 miles, left over the mini-roundabout into Eversley. The entrance to Warbrook House and Grange is 300 yards after the roundabout, on the left-hand side. From the M4 Exit the M4 at Junction 11, take the A33 towards Basingstoke. After approx. 4 miles and 2 sets of traffic lights and one roundabout turn left opposite Wellington Memorial. Straight over roundabout. After 1/4 mile fork left to Bramshill, carry on for approx. 3 miles. Turn left onto A327 towards Reading. Left at mini roundabout. The entrance is 300 yards after the roundabout on the left hand side. For Sat Nav Users Please note that Sat Nav tends to direct guests to our rear entrance which has no access to Warbrook House. If approaching on the A327 from Reading, please ignore the right turn onto Warbrook Lane and continue for 100 yards where you will then see the entrance for Warbrook House on your right. If approaching on the A33, when travelling along Bramshill Road please ignore the left hand turn onto St Neots Road and continue to the end of the road and turn left onto the A327. Then turn left at the mini roundabout and the entrance is 300 yards away on the left hand side. By Rail Fleet Station is the nearest station, accessible from London Waterloo and is ten minutes from Warbrook House.
