As we only accommodate an extremely limited number of wedding receptions each year, you can guarantee that your special day will be one of a kind.

CEREMONY

Bodrhyddan Hall is licensed to hold civil marriage ceremonies by the local authority, Denbighshire. Ceremonies may take place in

the majesty of the Great Hall or in the stunning gardens surrounding the Summer House.

The choice of either an indoor or outdoor ceremony is entirely up to you.

If you wish to have your ceremony at Bodrhyddan Hall you will need to contact Denbighshire council’s registry office to confirm the availability of your date. This can be done up to twelve months

in advance. They can be contacted on 01745 366610.





ReceptionEnjoy your reception and wedding breakfast in a stylish marquee setting. Bodrhyddan Hall’s gardens are equipped to host anything from intimate

gatherings of a few close friends & family to extravagant garden parties of up to two hundred guests.

As well as more conventional marquee designs, we have hosted everything from tipis & yurts to stretch tents and many more unique options

resulting in a beautiful blend of tradition and originality. All receptions are provided with power and water.









Just as every wedding is unique, Bodrhyddan aims to provide a tailored, individual quote depending on time of year, number of guests and more. We would always recommend a free, no obligation tour before committing to

any decisions.

If you are unavailable for a tour, please provide with us as much information as possible about your wedding day plans for a detailed quote.

Significantly reduced rates are offered for those booking both ceremony and reception weddings here at Bodrhyddan.

Terms and Conditions

A provisional booking can be held for 14 days in which the agreed deposit must be received. We reserve the right to cancel

in the event of this deposit not being paid which is not refundable in the event

of said cancellation.

Payment for the final cost is required 14 days prior to the function either by cash,

cheque or bank transfer.

Bodrhyddan Hall cannot be held liable for any items left unattended and

vehicles left overnight are done so entirely at guests own risk.

No Illegal drugs are allowed on the property

Bodrhyddan Hall reserves the right to use any photographs of any event for promotional and/or social media use.
