Hypothesis
Destination weddings create a simplified process and remove much of the stress that comes with the process

17 felt that the guest list was a factor to deciding the wedding

If you could change one thing about your wedding, what
would it be?
What season are you get-ting married?
More Data16 respondents are still having a traditional wedding party, regardless of location (chart to right)
12 respondents have a Summer wedding, while only 1 has a Winter wedding
50% of the respondents have considered the alternative option
43% indicated they wish they could change something other than Attire, Venue (reception or ceremony) or guest list
Through the survey, many things were found out a bout individuals who are planning weddings, or have already been married. The dilemma that presented itself was not finding respondents, but formatting questions correct to obtain the information that was sought.
There are additional questions that possibly should have been asked to find out more in depth results that were not asked.
What does it mean? The data conclusively points towards traditional weddings being the favored option. Even though many reasons point towards destinations having many pros over cons, traditional weddings have been indicated to be an all around pleaser. Traditional weddings, even though religion may not be a high ranking factor, allow for guests and family members to all be together without the obligation to travel. Overall, regardless of location and venue, the results also showed that the marriage is still the most important part of the whole wedding.
