TERMS & CONDITIONS

Photography permission must be approved and confirmed in writing by Rumah Luwih.

Pre-wedding shoot is not allowed without a confirmation letter from us.

Photo shoots are limited to 5 hours maximum in Rumah Luwih’s public areas

(excluding communal areas), the timing of which is to be confirmed during reservation.

Pre-wedding shoots held in communal areas (restaurant, Lounge, Entrance and Pool

Areas) are allowed during restricted times. Timings allowed are available upon

request and subject to adjustment.

Rumah Luwih must approve all vendors being used for Pre-wedding photoshoot.

Total crew is limited to 4 people maximum (included but not limited to photographer,

videographer, hair & make-up.)

Heavy equipment is not allowed (included but not limited to Jimmy Jib and Rigging).
