Frequently Asked Questions Contract/Date/Space Are we allowed to hold the date / space and for how long?
Space / date can be held for one week without a deposit
I have decided I would like to have my wedding at the Hilton Singer Island. What do I need to do?
We will need names of the bride and groom, contact information (telephone numbers, email), address, time of wedding, how many sleeping rooms, date, and name to go on the contract. Once we receive a signed contract along with form of deposit the event is booked.
What are the methods of payment?
Credit card (accompanied by a photo copy of the credit card (front and back, as well as a photo copy of the card holders drivers license), cash, cashiers check, money order, or personal check (deposit only) along with a credit authorization card form.
When is the final payment due?
The final payment is due 5 business days prior to wedding date along with your final count. What role does the Catering Manager play in my wedding?
The Catering Manager sells the wedding (catering and sleeping rooms) to you. Our Banquet Manager, Banquet Captain and Banquet Staff executes your wedding.
Miscellaneous What is included in the ceremony set up?
A platform is placed on top of the sand at the end of the bridge. We then provide white folding chairs set up on the platform. Client is responsible for their own officiant, arch or other decorations.
When do you need my menu selections?
All menu selections must be submitted no later than 5 business days prior to your event day along with final guest counts. No changes are permitted after this date.
Do you provide a changing room for the bride to get ready in?
Yes. We can give you one complimentary room free of charge for the day of your wedding. This room is accessible by 9 AM and you/your personal belongings must be out of the room by the time of your ceremony.

Frequently Asked Questions Cont’d… How do I get my guests food order ahead of time for the plated meals?
It is mandatory that we get place cards with what your guests are having for a plated meal. Please put menu choices in your invitations to your guests and make a note of the responses and keep the food description very vague. We also require a list of how many/type of meals are at each table.
Who puts out the gift box, cake cutters, favors, etc.?
The banquet staff will put out the cake cutters and champagne glasses. The client is responsible for putting favors out, place cards in alphabetical order, gift box, decor, etc.
Can we schedule a rehearsal before the wedding?
Due to our limited beach availability and other commitments to events, we do not. You can however schedule this with your wedding coordinator or officiate to organize some place other than your actual location on day of.
When do you offer the tasting?
We offer a private tasting for up to 4 guests Monday - Friday between 2PM - 4PM. Our Catering Coordinator will be in contact with you to set up that time/date.
Do you offer refrigeration or storage for our wedding cake the day before or day of wedding?
We do not store or refrigerate wedding cakes/cupcakes/cake pops/baked goods. We recommend that you arrange delivery of your cake as late as possible prior to reception.
How many guests fit at a table?
Our tables are 72" rounds which seat up to 12 guests and 66" rounds which seat up to 8 guests.
Do you provide day-of coordination?
We do not, however our vendor list contains full-service Wedding Coordinators and Planners and we recommend you consider utilizing a coordinator. Are we allowed to do a grand exit?
Of course! However, we restrict usage of sparklers or any type of flammable item, as well as confetti.
