Describing a style is sometimes more difficult than it seems. There are certainly

adjectives that we can use to describe how we see Sanctuary Photography: sexy,

sophisticated, contemporary, avant-garde, fashionable. But these are just words,

Sanctuary Photography’s style is more of a feeling; an experience. When you are being

photographed by us - you will feel fun, powerful, lighthearted, stunning, on top of the

world. Because that is how we envision our clients. We take the time to get to know

you - to learn what will evoke the natural smile, what will cause you to show your

I am frequently asked, “How do you create such stunning images?” The

answer: “It is easy when you know couples dreams and aspirations

about their day. But you also need to understand their fears and how to

overcome them. Knowledge is key and we spend hours making sure we

know YOU.”

I own Sanctuary Photography, having turned my passion from being I own Sanctuary Photography, having turned my passion from being

just a small lad into a business. Sadly my parents didn't share my love

of chemistry were not amused when I turned the only bathroom in the

house into a permanent darkroom.

The interest didn’t wear off and I studied multimedia, my tutors encour-

aged me to venture into print and I’ve never looked back.

I’ve walked backwards into photography in the digital age learning how

to make images look their best prior to ever picking up the camera. It

means I can already see what your image will look before I press the

shutter.

A MODERN PHOTOGRAPHY STUDIO

Canvas prints are a gorgeous way to have your favorite engagement photo displayed

at your reception welcome table. Not only that but after the wedding you have a

beautiful piece of art for your home that does not even need framing! Canvas prints

are giclee in prints on real canvas stretched onto a wooden frame. They are timeless,

classic and modern and look great in any room.

Engagement sessions can be added to any package and not only allow to capture

your love before the big day but allow you create artwork for your special day. It will

also allow you a dress rehersal with us to help allay your fears and help us understand

your posing style (or not for the guys) .

Engagement albums are a really special way to greet your guests at the reception

and show off your personality! Our engagement session will show the many sides of

your relationship and with the engagement book you can show that to all your friends

and family too! Each book consists of unique design and great images of you! Can be

done with or without space for your guests to sign.

Engagement books start at £199 and can be added to your package.

Guest books start from £149

Save the Date cards are a great way to announce your engagement as well as give

people fair warning to reserve your wedding date. These are especially useful of you

have a lot of out of town guests so that they can properly make travel plans in

advance. After your engagement session we can pick your favorite image(s) to put on

one of our unique designs that fit your style and your wedding. The card will have your

names and the wedding date and at least one gorgeous photo of you two! Card

Options

Will my photos be used as advertising material?

Delivery time of our products varies depending on the item. Standard Prints are typically ready within 10-14 days after the order is placed. Save The Date / Thank You / Holiday Cards are typically ready 10-14 days after final approval is given. Signature Albums are typically ready 3-4 weeks after final approval is given. Queensberry Duo are typically ready 6-8 weeks after final approval is given.

We do reserve the right to use images from your wedding in our advertising material and on our website. If you prefer not to have us use your images please discuss this with us before booking.

Once we have placed an order, how long will it take for our product to be ready?

The Premiere Viewing is a private showing of your session images. During this viewing you will see a slideshow showcasing your images. You will also receive a 20% discount on any products purchased during the viewing outside your base package. You are allowed to bring anyone that you would like to the Premiere Viewing. We recommend that you bring any relatives or loved ones that might be interested in purchasing images from your session. All persons who attend are eligible for the Premiere Viewing Discount.

What is a Premiere Viewing?

Wedding sessions will be ready for the Premiere Viewing within 14 days. In fact we guarantee it. If you order an album you will be able to pick your photos at the viewing and once you’ve signed off your design the album should be ready within 6 weeks. Orders for arrival prior to Christmas need to be recieved before 1st October and signed off.

How long after our session / event will our images be ready to view?

We accept cash, bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard via Paypal & Barclays Pingit.

What methods of payment does your studio accept?

Sanctuary Photography offers an online gallery for your engagement and wedding photos. Your friends and family can visit the gallery to view and enjoy your images or place an order. All orders placed will be shipped directly to the person who places the order.

Can my friends and family order prints directly from your studio?

Our studio assumes all travel fees for weddings within Essex or Suffolk regardless of

collection choice. For any other options, our studio will provide a customized travel

quote to ensure seamless coverage of your event.

Once you have retained our studio as your exclusive photographer, you must decide

on which wedding collection will work best to showcase your wedding day. Collection

selection must be completed within 12 weeks from your wedding day to ensure

adequate staffing for your event. After 12 weeks collections may only be upgraded -

not downsized.

To reserve our studio exclusively for your event, a £150 retainer is required upon

signing of the contract. The retainer is non-refundable, but in situations of emergency,

can be transferable when agreed upon by our studio and the client. The balance of

your payment is due 4 week prior to your event. This balance can be paid as a lump

sum or can be divided into a payment plan if you so choose. Payments for additional

art pieces or products can be made at the time of ordering for your convenience.
