Reservations can be made for either morn-ing or afternoon receptions & ceremo-ny. Morning: 10:00am - 2:00pm or 11:00am - 3:00pm Afternoon: 5:00pm - 9:00pm or 6:00pm –10:00pm Recommended ceremony time—2 hours prior to Reception time reserved with hotel

CONDITIONS An initial deposit of US$192.50(non-refundable & non-transferable) payable 2 weeks from date booked with hotel, is required to confirm the date of the wedding, with final payment due minimum 14 days prior to the reception date. Decorators and any Entertainers booked for the reception must consult the ho-tel’s Banqueting Department prior to finalizing the service to be provided. The hotel where possible will try and match the colour scheme with napkins, however there may be an additional charge for other colours The reception area is available for four (4) hours from the reserved function time. Access time to room is 2 hours prior to reserved time Corkage of US$4 .00 per bottle will be applicable for wines brought in for toasting. Corkage fees are non-refundable.
