TOPS’L Wedding Package $5,500 (minimum of 50 guests)

• Exchange your wedding vows on our sugar-white sandy beach overlooking the Gulf of Mexico Beach or Ridge Lawn.

• Centre Court Ballroom accommodating up to 150 guests (includes table and chair set up, china, white linen, glassware and flatware).

• Chef-facilitated, two-entrée menu tasting up to two people.• Champagne toast for all guests.• Complimentary cake cutting.• Cake table, gift and guest book tables.• Dance floor (indoor use only).• Breakfast for two (2) at Blue Dunes Grille.

Additional Reception Venue Options

• The newly expanded TOPS’L Beachside Pool Deck accommodating up to 200 guests.

• The Ridge Lawn accommodating up to 200 guests.• Club Tiki & Pool Deck with café lighting accommodating

up to 75 guests.• Wimbledon meeting room of 1,041 Sq. Ft. adjacent to

Centre Court Ballroom for bridal suite.

Guest Accommodations

• Complimentary room nights may be earned for guest room nights booked.

• Complimentary delivery of guest amenity gifts and welcome letters.

• A minimum of five condominium rentals are required to host an event at TOPS’L.

TOPS’L Beach & Racquet Resort beach ceremonies are not permitted from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The Ridge Lawn venue is available year round. Rehearsal dinner packages are available upon request.
