Proposals & Booking Getting Started & FAQ’s
Date, Time & Location Event & food service times can be adjusted, as needed, up until 2 weeks prior to the event
Service Style
We offer full service catering options, including dinner buffets, displayed or passed appetizers & plated meals. Clear
acrylic plates, flatware, cups & white dinner napkins are included with all pricing. China & plated service is
available, with additional rentals & staff required. Ask your coordinator about pricing.
Menu Preferences & Expected Guest Count Selections & service options can be adjusted throughout the planning process. Final guest counts are needed 2
weeks prior to your event date, and menu changes can be made up until that time as well. Once an event is booked,
guests count can be reduced up to 10%, if necessary. Guest count increases can always be accommodated up to 7
days prior to your event.
Booking A 20% deposit to secure the date. Deposits can be split into 2-4 payments for larger events. A $1000 minimum
deposit to is required to “save the date” for all weddings. All balances are due 2 weeks prior to the event, once all
menu selections, services and guest counts are finalized.
Tastings Once the proposal process is complete and you are ready to “save the date”, we offer a complimentary menu tasting,
if so desired.
“Menu Selection Tastings” These are offered if you would like to try a variety of menu options. Due to the time & cost involved in providing
tastings, a fee of $100 is charged for menu selection tastings, which can be applied to your deposit if booking within
7 days. Included is a choice of up three (3) entrée selections with side dishes for up to 4 guests. Not all menu items
may be available for tastings.
