Here's a little check list of handy items. Put together as a kit, it makes a great gift. The list also works well for proms and other special occasions.

Needle & thread: Fixes last minute wardrobe disasters like loose buttons, sequins, etc.

Clear nail polish: Stops runs in panty hose.

Safety pins: They can be used for bra strap failures, missing buttons, etc.

Bobby pins: Anyone in the Cheap Wedding Dresses party might need a few extras.

Straight pins: Just in case you are short on pins for corsages & boutonnières.

Clear deodorant: Ahem, some people just need more than others. Never hurts to have a back up-especially on a hot day and with strapless gowns.

Hair spray: Needs no explanation. There may be several hours between the hair saloon and ceremony.

Concealer: Break-outs could pop up on face, chest, or back. It also hides dark circles from lack of sleep.

Panty Hose: nail polish can't fix em all!

Band Aids: good for cuts, scrapes and especially BLISTERS from the sophisticated shoes.

Shoe pads (anti-slip for the bottom of shoes): It's better to have a few extras than a wedding party wipe-out on an unfamiliar floor.

Stain remover pen: Great item especially if kids are in the wedding.

Emory board/nail file: Just in case someone Design Wedding Dress chips or breaks a nail.

Tweezers: get last minute eyebrows and-God forbid, chin hairs!

Contact solution: 75% chance someone will need it before the day is over.

Tissues: Tears, allergies, colds, etc.

Bezoyl peroxide cream: Someone in the Design Wedding Dresses party is bound to need it. Some of the good stuff can fix a breakout within a couple of hours.

Stereo of some sort & a few CDs: Just in case a musician is caught in traffic or a no-show.

Extra cameras & video camera: It's always good to have a back up on the most important day of your life.
