This is PINK’s website. At first looks it has a simple yet professional look to it. The house theme to it is a black and pink with white banners. These arrows change the background image. I like this because it is interactive and the images are of PINK in relation to different songs By pressing this button, this banner shows asking to sign up for the newsletter or to sign in through Facebook, Twitter or by creating an account. These buttons play PINKs latest songs. I like the idea of this and may use it in my own website as I think the website should offer to play the songs of the artist as much as possible The most recent posts on the site or about PINK appear here. The background is a bit see through so the audience can still see the background image Here viewers can see the latest videos, photos and fan activity. I think having a fan activity link is a good idea as it brings the artist and the fans together and they will feel a part of the fandom These buttons link to new pages. Each page has a different photo background. The buttons are lined up neatly, which ties the website together. The website allows viewers to see the latest in PINKs career, listen to her music, buy tickets for her tour, watch music videos as well as other videos, view images of pink from photo shoots, concerts and press, and buy PINK merchandise from the store. The website also displays a smartphone app for the artist which I think is a really good idea as it opens accessibility to a wider audience and allows fans to keep up to date with artist news.

This is PINK’s website. At first looks it has a simple yet professional look to it. The house theme to it is a black and pink with white banners.

These arrows change the background image. I like this because it is interactive and the images are of PINK in relation to different songs

By pressing this button, this banner shows asking to sign up for the newsletter or to sign in through Facebook, Twitter or by creating an account.

These buttons play PINKs latest songs. I like the idea of this and may use it in my own website as I think the website should offer to play the songs of the artist as much as possible

The most recent posts on the site or about PINK appear here. The background is a bit see through so the audience can still see the background image

Here viewers can see the latest videos, photos and fan activity. I think having a fan activity link is a good idea as it brings the artist and the fans together and they will feel a part of the fandom

These buttons link to new pages.

Here, fans can display their photos related to the FUN. Tour, I really like this idea as it allows fans to interact and change the site.

Fans can join a mailing list where they will receive email updates on the band

This page is the pre-page which promotes the summer tour before the actual website. Clicking here will take fans to the official website which is actually a Tumblr blog

Here is a side panel showing the latest tweets from the band Twitter account. This is a good way for fans to see tweets and be able to follow them.

This is the official blog site of FUN. Through entering the site from the previous page

This site also has the social networking links. Fans can follow the band on Facebook and Twitter, as well as watch music videos and backstage videos on Youtube and listen to the bands songs on Spoitfy.

The page design on this website is much more simple with a black to white theme with yellow highlights to amplify specific links. The site has a neat layout with a horizontal line up of buttons for each page and vertical articles and links

Here fans are able to purchase the latest album. I think this is a good idea as it makes it easy for fans to do so and therefore selling more copies

Fans can watch the ‘featured video’ which is FUN.’s newest music video

Fans can also purchase FUN. Merchandise through the site too, which I think is a good idea as it is on the homepage which is easier for fans to find the merchandise

Fans can listen to FUN. Songs here, I like the idea of having somewhere on the first page for fans to listen to the latest songs

Here fans can read blogs from the band including news on the tour. Fans can also share these blogs on social networking sites. I like the idea of having the band directly writing to their fan base rather than the company or managers writing it as it seems more sincere.

On this website fans can find out where the tour is taking place and purchase tickets, buy the latest albums and singles, watch music videos, buy merchandise, they can also learn more about the record company Fuelled By Ramen and the ALLY, a LGBTQ support coalition which is something strongly supported by FUN.
