Initial Phone Screenings

● We manage setting up the phone appointment with the candidate. (We can reschedule up to 3 times per candidate’s request, if you allow it.)

● Phone screenings verify basic knowledge of technical experience claimed on a candidate’s resume (up to 6 different topics per call).

● Typical screenings take about 15 minutes, and result in a Skills Matrix report we give you, along with a letter grade for each skill.

● We have 1500+ questions in our technical library as of late 2015, covering a wide range of technical topics.

● We also provide notes on the client’s demeanor and the general nature of the call in our screening report, paying particular attention to behavior that seems suspicious (e.g. “He/she seems to be reading from something” or “It sounds like someone is whispering to them in the background”)

● We can incorporate any mixture of your screening questions, questions from our library, or questions from your client’s interview process

Stronger Screening Tests - Coding Exercises

We can administer coding exercises of varying levels of difficulty, giving you much greater confidence in the strength of your candidate.

easy, medium, and hard● We administer an online coding session, watching what the candidate is
