Global Carrier and international companies they are hosting some of their hardware in a remote data
centers in UAE & Saudi Arabia they occasionally need to physically touch their equipment and don’t want
to travel every time.
We know the value of not needing to drive or fly to your data center to do minor work, and that even with
remote tools, deploying a smart set of hands, eyes, feet, or fingers may be necessary.
We include basic smart hands with different types of SLA for co-location clients as part of our ongoing
services.
Our ultimate goal is to help you manage your co-located equipment as easily as possible, without you
needing to visit it on a regular basis. Our basic smart hand services help you deal with the minor items
needed, and our extended smart hands services give you the option to use our support engineers’ hands
and brains to assist with more in-depth projects or troubleshooting.

Take inventory of equipment, recording digital pictures and recording/Verifying serial numbers
5- Installation.
Install, replace or remove equipment and interface cards.
Approved Coordination with Third-Party Vendors.
6- Cabling.
Assemble, install and maintain cabling of Cat5E & Cat6 and Fiber Installation, Terminations, and
Testing.
Verify cable integrity on installed media
Add, remove or verify a demarcation
Extend patch cables from the patch panel to equipment
Cross connecting infrastructure using UTP & Fiber

Work Done By Network Engineer
1- Connectivity.
Testing and commissioning of provider and carrier circuits
Troubleshooting of connectivity
Vendor management to complete circuit delivery
Hardware configuration

or pre-packaged as part of your recurring monthly fee.
Type 1: On call 5x8
Emergency service demanding immediate attention during business hours.
Type 2: On call 24x7 Standard working hours
Emergency service demanding immediate attention out of business hours.
Type 3: Scheduled Maintenance available
