2.0 Task Requirements

2.1 Purpose The purpose of this release is to improve quality and performance in Regional Business Application (RBA), National Business Application (NBA), and Assisted Services Shared Information SysTem (ASSIST) by implementing 13 maintenance improvements identified during the Program Management Office (PMO) prioritization sessions. This release also contains 6 BIRT improvements and 12 infrastructure maintenance change requests.

3.1 CHG103951 – Saving Funds on Cert without ACT Number is still updating Funding Status to OB

3.1.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects the system to have the Cert remain in DD (dedicated) status until the ACT Number is filled out on Regular (not Direct) funded Orders.

3.2 CHG104016 – Fix for Cannot Submit Cert – Erroneous Rounding Error is causing a Hard Validation



3.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes a Hard Validation error to a Soft Validation when the error is due to a rounding issue. For example: If the user entered an amount of 826.29 they were getting a Hard Validation error when the available balance was 826.289988989.


4.0 NBA Maintenance

4.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects the spelling of “Availability” on the Funding Summary page, under Type of Funding. It was previously listed as “TSYM Availabilitiy Type”.


4.3 CHG103994 – OMIS – Correct Distribute/Return Funds Validation Error4.3.1 User Impact



4.3.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects the logic accounting for the remarks field, which was reading a space “ “ as a <null>, and causing a validation error.

5.1.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects the landing page error that a user got when accessing Portal while not on the GSA network.


5.2 CHG103244 – Correct Task Overview Report link in ASSIST25.2.1 User Impact



5.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects the link for the Task Overview Reports in the Order Navigator shown in ASSIST2 (i.e. Chronology) to properly load for ITSS orders.

5.3 CHG103401 – Update Acceptance Report Attachments so they appear in ECF



5.3.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue where attachments to Acceptance Reports created between June 2017 and May 2018 were not appearing in ECF.


5.4 CHG103595 – Prevent Notes Personnel Info “Title” from Removing when Changes in Registration are made

5.4.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects the system to retain the user’s “Title” in the Personnel Information in the Notes DB when a change is made to their profile in ASSIST Registration.


5.5 CHG103968 – Correct PAC Text Fields to Retain Intended Characters5.5.1 User Impact



5.5.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects PAC text fields to retain text that is copied from web browsers or word documents. When creating a PAC, special characters are added when copying and pasting from outside sources. This CHG fixes that issue.


5.6 CHG104827 – Fix for Duplicate Document UID/UED numbers sent on agreement corrections



5.6.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects BAAR transmissions to account for when Support corrects invalid amounts on agreement through manual re-transmission, a new UID/UED document is created.

5.7.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes a defect from PI8 where a Client or Contractor would not see collaborations unless they were listed as Responsible Person, even if they had created the collaboration.


5.8 CHG105076 – Create Fix to resolve FY conflict on Awarded Order and PIID5.8.1 User Impact



5.8.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue where an order with a FY19 PIID was awarded in FY18, which was causing conflict issues and FPDS reporting issues.


6.0 BIRT Maintenance

6.1 CHG102090 – Correct BIRT Fixed Fees Report to Display Penny Amounts6.1.1 User Impact

6.1.3 Change DescriptionThis change fixes an issue on the Fixed Fees Report which was rounding the Fee Amounts to the nearest dollar instead of displaying the correct Fee Amount with the cents included.

6.2.3 Change DescriptionThis change corrects the BPA/IDIQ BIRT Report to properly display results for the Multiple Award section when selecting a Contract Family.


6.3 CHG103361 – BIRT: Add the Awarded_Amount show in the Increase/Decrease Cost to GSA column



6.3.3 Change DescriptionThis change adds the Awarded_Amount to show in the Increase/Decrease Cost to GSA column, while disregarding it in the Increase/Decrease Cost to Client column.

6.4 CHG103397 – Update Fund Request Report to Account for Users Removed as POC’s from Orders



6.4.3 Change DescriptionThis change updates the query for the Fund Request Report to account for users who are POC’s listed for the order, and then removed from the Order. This fixes an issue where non-FM users were still showing on the Report after being removed as a POC for the Order.


6.5 CHG103718 – Update Estimated Order Value Column to Display as a Number



6.5.3 Change DescriptionThis changes the formatting of the Estimated Order Value column on the Export of the Award Data Report to a Number field, as opposed to the Text field that was previously exported.


6.6 CHG104223 –BIRT: Add the COI status of each individual task order to the BPA/IDIQ Report
