SELF-DIRECTED PROJECT WEBISTE DESIGNFOOTBALL

Since I am a big football fan I would like to make a website about the Premier League. The news, information about the team, how they’re doing in the competition and for some teams how well they’re doing in Europe. The premier league have asked me to make a fan made website where its more sociable for the fans to use to communicate with each other.So, throughout the weeks I will be developing this website upto the point where it’s ready to go into actually making the website.

Development stages (concepts)Week 1- MoodboardsI will be providing two mood boards that will create two distinct moods. I will show examples of typography, photography, colour, illustrations, pattern and texture. By making these moodboards, it will show the layout of the types of styles I want to showcase.

Week 2- Style TileThis will be taking inspiration from one of the moodboards that I have chosen. It should show the users some UI elements that will be implemented on my website. It should show logo, typography, buttons, colour palette, images, etc. The style tile should also be my own original work.

Week 3- WireframesThe wireframes I design will be purely just to show the functionality of the website are a visual guide to represent the

skeleton of that. The wireframe should ensure that all functionality is put in place before making the website.Week 4 – Web designs, Style Guide and PresentationI will need to design a set of fully rendered web design and a style guide that represents what my website will look like. My web designs and the style guide will show how the typography, images, icons, photography, and others are used
