The robolink® joint module for low cost automation robolink® provides many degrees of freedom in a simple way, since the moving masses are kept as low as possible. To this end, the drives and the control module are decoupled from the movement mechanism and the tools (such as grippers, hands, suction cups).

The core of the kit is the lightweight, maintenance-free and corro-sion-free joints with tribologically optimized plastic bearings, which are driven by cords and can rotate and pivot freely.

In the next step you start with the configuration of the specific components. You can specify bending radii, direction of rotation 2, rotation angle (°), the type and design of the brackets, etc. 3. In the CAD preview box you can follow the design process of your e-chain® 4.

You can choose from seven different angles, both in 3D and 2D 5. You can also create a CAD drawing for download. To do this, select a format and click on “Create” 6.
