Shipments will NOT be accepted directly at the Mississauga Convention Centre without approval. RULES & REGULATIONS:Amendments and Additional Regulations: These rules and regulations constitute a bona fide part of the Contract for Exhibit Space rental. Show Management reserves the right to render all interpretations and decisions, should questions arise, and to establish further regulations as may be deemed necessary to the general success and wellbeing of the overall exhibit area. Show Management's decisions and interpretations shall be accepted as final in all cases. Solely Show Management shall determine any issues not specifically covered by these regulations. Show Management shall add to and/or amend the rules provided such changes are reasonable in nature and consistent with the purposes of the rules. The noted Exhibitor Main Contact will be responsible for forwarding this information to the personnel who will set up and staff the exhibit.• No signs or articles are to be fastened to

the walls, etc. using thumbtacks, tape, nails, screws, bolts, or any tools or materials that can mark the floor or walls.

• Any tools, costs and equipment required for moving in and out of the Show shall be the Exhibitor's sole responsibility.

• Distribution of food or refreshments is not permitted in the Trade Show area other than by Show Management.

• Exhibitors will have access to their table 60 minutes prior to the Trade Show opening. (Unless otherwise permitted or noted.)

• Exhibitors shall not close, pack up, or remove displays until the conclusion of the Trade Show on DAY TWO.

• Show Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Show of any visitor, Exhibitor, Exhibitor's employee, representative or guest, who, in their opinion, is or has been abusive, unprofessional, intoxicated, or in any way creating a disruption to this or previous Shows.

• The right to exhibit is limited to companies

2018 CONTRACT FOR EXHIBIT SPACE – COMMTECH EASTthat have contracted and paid in full for exhibit space(s) or outdoor space(s). Any false certification or misuse of name badges will result in the expulsion of the violator from the Show without obligation by Show Management to refund exhibit fees or honour claims for damages.

• No Exhibitor shall, without the permission of Show Management, assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, or exhibit therein any goods other than those manufactured or handled by the Exhibitor in the regular course of his business, or take orders in the Exhibitor's space for any such other goods, without the express permission from Show management.

• Show Management reserves the right to prohibit the installation or alter the layout or enforce the removal of components of any exhibit, which in their opinion, does not meet the restrictions described in this contract, may be detrimental to the Show, interferes with neighbouring displays or safety of others.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Show Management must receive all cancellations in writing, and shall be notified of such by phone, in the event an Exhibitor finds it necessary to cancel its contract, reduce space or their delegate allotment. Postmarked Cancellations will be made as follows:

150 Days prior to the show - 75% Refund120 Days prior to the show - 50% Refund90 Days prior to the show - No RefundShow Management has the right to utilize cancelled space in any manner they choose.

CHARACTER OF EXHIBITS:Show Management strongly encourages displays with good signage, interactive displays and a large assortment of products to obtain optimal traffic.

CHANGES: Show Management reserves the right to change Show dates, site, location, or to cancel, if the Show cannot be conducted for any reason beyond Show Management's reasonable control, exercise of any such right to be on written notice to Exhibitors. Show Management reserves the right to make final space location assignments or to change the space assignment should it be necessary in the best interest of the Show.

EXHIBITOR NETWORKING EVENTS:Outside activities, events, workshops, etc. not sanctioned or provided by the Canadian CommTech Show during official Show hours, which would encourage attendance away from the Trade Show and Seminars, are prohibited.

LIABILITY INSURANCE:Each Exhibitor must maintain in force, sufficient liability, theft and loss insurance. This insurance must include sufficient coverage for product liability, and all operations connected with the Show, and shall include 2217394 Ontario Inc. (o/a DazzleMe Productions and the Canadian CommTech Show & Seminars), as additionally insured.

PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE: From time to time, management, staff and representatives will be taking pictures/videos at CommTech East. All such photography/video material remains the property of DazzleMe

Productions and may be used in advertising materials.

LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY: 2217394 Ontario Inc., throughout and otherwise known as the Canadian CommTech Show & Seminars; the Show; CommTech; CommTech East or CommTech West; and/or DazzleMe Productions; their employees or contractors, shall not be liable to any Exhibitor, its agents, employees, contractors, patrons, guests, licensees, or to any other person whosoever, for any injury or damage to person or property caused by or arising out of any act, omission or neglect of Exhibitors, its agents, contractors, employees, patrons, guests, licensees or invitees, or any person entering the buildings known as the Mississauga Convention Centre under expressed or implied invitation by Exhibitors, CommTech, or for any other damages arising out of use of either the contracted exhibitor space of the building in which the tabletop or booth space is located. The Exhibitor assumes the entire responsibility and liability for losses, damages and claims deriving out of injury, loss or damage to Exhibitor's displays, equipment and other property brought upon the premises of the Mississauga Convention Centre and shall indemnify and hold harmless 2217394 Ontario Inc., their agents, staff, and employees from any such losses, damages and claims. The Exhibitor acknowledges that 2217394 Ontario Inc. does not maintain insurance covering such losses by the Exhibitor. Exhibitors will be liable for any damage caused to floors (including carpets), walls, or columns, or to standard display equipment, or to other Exhibitor's property.
