Telephone skills
With this module, you are going to learn language for phone calls in English. It is important to be able to use the correct language when making a phone call because:
1. The person you are talking to needs to understand you;2. You need to be polite so that you do not upset a client/business partner/other
person;3. You need to sound professional to impress clients or other people and let them think
it is a good idea to work with you.
