Construction Project Manager

As the Construction Project Manager, you will plan, organize, and manage multi-faceted Airport capital improvement projects from conception to completion and project close out.

Identify and analyze problems; use sound judgment to generate and evaluate solutions; determine project consequences and proposed actions; and implement recommendations

Interpret, explain, and implement pertinent City policies and procedures Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations Communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing Establish and maintain effective working relationships

The selected candidate must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check as required by the TSA (Transportation Security Administration).

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Five years of full-time responsible construction project management experience.

Preferred Qualifications Construction management and capital improvement plan experience within an airport environment.
